My account was suspended. Why? Print

If your payment has not been received within 10 days after your billing due date, your account will go into suspended status. This disables your ability to log onto Helm, receieve email, and access your FTP files or website. 

To reenable your site you need to make payment on the past due invoice. 

If payment is not made within 20 days of the due date your account will be permanently deleted.

Your account may also be suspended if you have violated one of our acceptable use policies. In this instance, you will usually receive notification from us that a violation has taken place. Please visit http://www.roguewd.com/terms-of-service.aspx in order to review our acceptable use policy.
