To cancel a service or account:

  1. Login to the client area. https://ac.roguewd.com/clientarea.php
  2. Click the "Services" then "My Services" link at the top of the page.
  3. Click the down arrow on the "View Details" button at the right of the service you want to cancel in the list and click "Request Cancellation".
  4. Enter a brief comment on why you would like the service cancelled and select whether you would like the service cancelled immediately or at the end of the billing period. When finished, please click the "Request Cancellation" button.

Once you formally request cancellation of your Rogue Web Development hosting account, we will remove your files from our servers and shut down all of your hosting services.

Once your files are deleted, we provide NO GUARANTEE these files will be recoverable so please be sure you have downloaded all of your files before requesting cancellation of your account.

If you forgot to download some files, we can retrieve these files via backups for up to 5 days following the cancellation date. However, a restore fee of $25 will apply. The restored files will then be zipped and can either be emailed them to you or placed in a temporary location where you can retrieve them.

 

Hosting plans will automatically renew until a plan is cancelled. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated refunds after the first 30 days of service.

Cancellation requests must be received by Rogue Web Development a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to the end of your Billing Cycle for dedicated server plans and a minimum of five (5) days prior to the end of your Billing Cycle for all other plans. Cancellations submitted later than this time may result in automatic renewal of your hosting plan.

Rogue Web Development does not monitor, and will not automatically cancel, plans for problems related to domain name transfers, non-usage, Internic, your ISP, or any other secondary issues not directly related to Dynamix Incorporated's services. Cancellation of services does not relieve the customer from paying any outstanding balance owed on the account. Rogue Web Development reserves the right to cancel any account, at any time, without notice, for any reason Rogue Web Development considers appropriate.
