In the instructions below, you should replace yourusername@yourdomain.com and mail.yourdomain.com with your information that you received in your activation email.

1. Start Outlook Express

2. First choose "Tools", then "Accounts" from the menu.


3. When the "Internet Accounts" dialog box opens, click on the "Mail" tab, then click "Add", then "Mail".

4. Type in your full name. Then click "Next".

5. Type in your email address, password and click "Next".

Remember your email address should be formatted as yourusername@yourdomain.com and both theusername and password should always be entered in lowercase with no spaces. 

6. In the "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP, HTTP) Server" box, type mail.yourdomain.com.

7. In the "Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server" box, type mail.yourdomain.com. Then click Next.

8. Type your username in the "Account Name" box and click Next.

Note: If you would like the computer to remember your password, type in your password. However, if you would like to be prompted for your password each time you check your e-mail, uncheck the "Remember password" box

9. Click "Finish" to exit the Internet Connection Wizard.

10. Select your mail account on the "Mail" Tab and click "Properties"

11. Select the "Servers" tab.

12. *** Important *** Check the "My server requires authentication" checkbox.

13. Click "OK" button.

14. At the "Internet Accounts" page click the "Close" button.
