How do I register a domain name? Print

To register a domain follow the steps below:

1. Login to your client area at https://www.websitehosting.net/clientarea.php
   
   
2. Click "Order" next to Domains
   
   
   
3. Enter the domain you want to register and click "Check Availabilty"
   
   
   
   
4. Select what extensions you want and the length of registration and then clcik "Add to Cart"
   
   
   
5. Select what options you would like to add to you domain name and enter the dns servers that you want your domain hosted on. Most of the time, no changes are required on this page. Then click "Update Cart"
   
   
   
   
6. If you would like to order another domain, repeat the steps 2 - 5 above, otherwise click "Checkout"
   
   
   
7. On the Checkout page, you have the options to add different contact information or use the default. The default is usually the proper choice.
   Select you payment method. Note that check payments will delay your order. The domain will not be registerd until you pay for the domain.
   Click the "I have read and agree to the Terms of Use" and click "Complete Order"
